Has your child been told he or she has “potential”? It’s an exciting word, but it can be overwhelming. How can you, as a parent, help your teen put all the pieces of the “potential” puzzle together? Today’s guest, probably knows more about teens than anyone in North America. Joe White is President and owner of Kanakuk Kamps and Kids Across America, which host over 20,000 teens each summer. During the more than two and a half decades of ministry to young people Joe has gleaned the wisdom needed to help you guide your teen into a meaningful life that honors God.

Joe says, “Remember what it was like to be a teenager? Remember the fragile ego; the desperate desire to be accepted and loved, feeling sky-high one moment and Death Valley-low the next? Caught in this emotional turbulence, he needs more than almost anything else to know that his parents love him unconditionally.”
