On today’s broadcast, Dr. Land shares how homeschooling is proving to be a good alternative to traditional education. Homeschool graduates are scoring higher on college entrance examines than traditional students, and they still are able to socialize with their peers.
You’ll hear all this and more on today’s For Faith and Family!

I listened to your show on the topic of homeschooling, and was very encouraged! there is so much negativity on this subject. It sometimes can be down right disheartening. I just wanted to comment on the “social” subject of homeschooling. For some reason the aspect of negative influence is never mentioned. I find it a wonderful privilege to pick and choose my daughters peers, we have a choice in whom they socialize with and whom they don’t. To Christ be the glory!

There is still some negativity out there concerning homeschooling. We have not gotten that much of it locally however. We as homeschooling parents need to be alert to changing policies that might affect our right to homeschool. We are thankful also that there is not a lot of negative influence from peer pressure on our son. HalleluYah!
