Today Dr. Land’s special guest is David Limbaugh, nationally syndicated columnist and best selling author who is here to discuss his latest book, Persecution: How Liberals are Waging War against Christianity.

Our listeners are about to hear some hair raising and incredible stories that are unfolding daily in our schools, courts, governmental offices, and the media. They seem like isolated incidents when heard in short sound bites on the nightly news, but gathered together as David Limbaugh has in his new book they are nothing short of frightening. I hope our audience will stop whatever they are doing and listen carefully to today’s discussion.

Christians committed to their faith and to American freedom, I believe, have an unmistakable right, if not a duty, to engage in the political arena and to seek to influence the course of this country. They must not be intimidated from participating in the political process by some distorted notion that their religious beliefs are a “private matter.” May we all join together to build an America that is free, and moral, and must rededicate ourselves to our Judeo-Christian heritage.
