The makeup of the Supreme Court will determine how our constitution is applied, and that has real and tangible consequences. As you may know, the nomination of Harriet Miers to the Court has created a storm of controversy. Her nomination continues to be debated every day throughout the media.

While it seems many fellow conservatives are sincerely divided on the issue, Dr. Land has a somewhat different take on the subject and, as a result, his voice has been heard in many secular media outlets including Sunday’s Meet the Press and on The Situation with Tucker Carlson... and because this has become such a hot topic, Dr. Land wanted to share his thoughts with you today.
