A Man of God

May 28–29, 2008 - comments: 1

If today’s Army is looking for “a few good men,” then the God of the universe is looking for a few million excellent men. Today’s guest rallies the troops to meet that challenge.

Today Dr. Land’s special guest is Dr. Jack Graham, pastor of Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas, and past president of the Southern Baptist Convention. Dr. Graham has been with us before on the broadcast, and today he joins us to talk about his book, A Man of God.

I know that you are going to enjoy today’s program because Jack Graham has a lot to say to and about men. He has the heart of a football coach. So, hold onto your hat, and be prepared to be fired up, because this man has the ability to inspire greatness!

Jack closes his book with this call to arms. “We are in a culture war like none we’ve ever seen before, and things are not going well for the good guys! We are part of a struggle that will define America and the world for generations to come… We are at a tremendous advantage in this war. We know who the enemy is and where he is. We know his strategy and his movements. We even know the outcome of the battle…” God help each of us to be the men of God who prevail in that struggle until the victory.

  4. And please, do not post in ALL CAPS. It looks like you're screaming. :-)
