2 Live 4

Ryan is a popular youth speaker and the author of several books directed at helping young people live more effectively for Jesus Christ. Many of you may know him as the son of Dr. James Dobson, but he has quickly become a gifted speaker, author and leader in his own right. Today he joins us to talk with us about his latest book entitled 2 Live 4.

It is refreshing to hear a young man so passionate about his faith. Our prayer is that all of us, young or old, will be inspired to examine our own lives so that we can be a example to everyone in our sphere of influence.

I have read some articles that were not very possitive toward Ryan’s ministry but after hearing his testamony I think they were very wrong.  He has a wonderful message and is very clear with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Eternal life doesn’t start when we die physically but when we accept Christ as our Lord and Savior and die to self.

You are attaching yourself to a “revolution” in the church. This is out of order. I like the work that God is doing in your life but I want to persuade you to change your term; first, because it misrepresents what those guys at “XXX Church” or Mike Yankoski are doing. Isaiah, an Old Testament prophet, preached naked (Isa 20:2, 3). Second, a “revolution” means to overthrow the current system; either, because it is corrupt, or because it is deceptive. Daniel and his three comrades acted within the confines of a monarch’s decree (Dan 1: 5-8).  The term started with Copernicus whose revolutionary thinking overthrew the “earth-centered” cosmology of the Catholic Church. Isn’t your hope to energize a stagnant church leadership? Would you consider calling this way a revival? For if the foot shall say, because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? (1 Corinthians 12:15)
