      	<description><![CDATA[<p>This broadcast really hit home.&nbsp; My kids are now in or near their twenties.&nbsp; I&#8217;ve tried many approaches with them but to hear the discussion of the &#8220;Mosaic Generation&#8221; just pin-pointed the more successful attempts.&nbsp; Showing and expression that the parent values the teen&#8217;s observations in their still-forming world view opens up communication and will allow the parent to influence that view. This is not only biblical (not to worry the child) but mannerly.&nbsp; Demonstration of respect for another, seems to be seldom witnessed these days even among the teen&#8217;s peers.
