NOT) How do I find out what our strengths and weaknesses are?

At the time of initial publication, John’s book, Leading From Your Strengths some copies came with a free pass-code to take the online assessment. I’m unsure whether current editions of the book include that.

The best source for the strengths/weaknesses of the particular personality types is likely John’s book.
