Just finished listening to your comments about a Federal Marriage Amendment (FMA). I agree with the need for a FMA, because I agree with your analyses about laws versus constitutional amendments and state amendments versus federal amendments. I agree, in principal, that the US Supreme Court cannot overturn a US Constitutional amendment. But, our Supreme Court also INTERPETS our written Constitution and Amendments. Lets pray that a FMA can be written that the Courts can not possibly misconstrue.
