As a former teacher I agree totally with the above discussion, but simply the promotion of abstinence is not working, all one has to do, is be involved in a school setting to see this. A recent study says the same, Study: Abstinence classes don’t stop sex, AP, Saturday, April 14, 2007. Sex education should be mandatory in each and every school, it should be taught in detail. Period: Students are not getting the information they need from their parents, and regardless of any abstinence program, many students will have sex by age 15, or soon after. Laying aside morals and ethics, fact is fact, kids are having sex at a younger age, there is no use in trying to deny this statement.

ON APR 24TH,2007,AT 5.30PM FRM NIGERIA:
AS A SOCIAL WORKER,MOTIVATOR SPEAKER AND A BELIEVER IN CHRIST JESUS.THE ISSUE OF SEXUAL REALATED MATTER AMONGST THE YOUTH AND TEENAGER MUST BE PROPERLY ADRESSED.THE RATE OF SEXUAL IMORALITY IS GROWING RAPADILY IN OUR SOCIETY AND IT MAKES ME VERY SAD.IT IS TIME FOR THE BODY OF CHRIST TO BEGIN TO ADRESS THIS IS ISSUES IN THE CHURCH CONFINES BEFORE REACHING OUT TO THE SOCIETY.
SEX EDUCATION IS VERY IMPORTANT AND WE ALL NEED IT SERIOUSLY IN OTHER TO ERASE DISFUNCTNAL SOCIETY.GOD BLESS U LAKITA

im kaitlin.
im 13 years old and i have descided to live a sex free untill marridge life. i have a bf that i love very much and we have both talked about this. i told him early in the relationship that im not going to “put out” he is okay with this and still loves me. all of my friends have had sex and i have absolutely no desire to be like them. there are two girls pregnant in my class and im not going to fallow in their footsteps. i think what really made me make this decision is my mom. she always talkes about how if she would have finished high school and waited for the right person that we would be living alot better life now.

My wife and I know Lakita very well and fully agree with her teaching on abstinence. We have raised two teenagers one of whom is currently attending college in NC. They both speak openly with us as their parents concerning their temptations with sex and relationships and they both stand as virgin young men strengthened through the word of God, home teaching and self discipline. We handle one day at a time believing that if God said to wait until marriage than there most be a good reason. That is why everything man does to go around that truth fails and is destroying the fabric of this country trying to make a right way out of wrong. We love you too Lakita, keep standing for Jesus and our teens, congrats too!!
